Georgia Casciato has more than 30 years of health care experience leading numerous strategic initiatives, team development as well as implementation and growth functions. Her career spans key roles as a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, consultant and strategic partner.
Her contribution to healthcare has been realized in many diverse settings including hospital and health systems, physician groups, specialized service networks (I.e. post-acute care, ambulatory, oncology, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, physiatry and mental health) as well as corporate wellness, occupational health and retail health.
Georgia has served in elected healthcare association leadership roles for more than 20 years. She currently serves as Regent for Metropolitan Chicago for the American College of Healthcare Executives. She had twice been elected President of ACHE’s largest chapter: Chicago Health Executives Forum. Currently, she serves on ACHE’s National Council of Regents and is an advisor to the local ACHE Chapter. She is a strong mentor and coach for developing healthcare leaders and academic healthcare institutions.
She is a well-respected healthcare leader who is passionate about health industry contribution and collaboration amongst the key stakeholders in the healthcare dialogue. She is board certified in healthcare management and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is the recipient of numerous healthcare industry leadership awards.
Georgia has a special passion for service to underserved populations including FQHCs, Safety Net Hospitals and community health providers. She serves on the Board of Heluna Health (Los Angeles), a leading provider of public health program services and a fiscal sponsor for over 500 population health projects
