Jayme Chancellor is a former Chief Operating Officer of a Level II Trauma Center and VP of Performance Improvement. With 12 years of executive experience in the for-profit healthcare industry, her passion is developing patient-focused and cost-effective solutions and educating front line leaders to sustain improvement.

She has achieved impressive results in the areas of reducing labor spend, surgical volume growth, and capitalizing on market share opportunity. Jayme’s experience as a regional vice president for HCA’s Performance Improvement team empowered her to lead critical strategies, including labor management, premium pay controls, emergency department throughput, surgical services throughput and bed management.
Jayme holds a FACHE credential (Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives) and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. Jayme’s known for her enthusiastic energy and permanent smile on her face. You’ll find her enjoying a good book or boating on Florida’s west coast. She resides in Safety Harbor with her husband and son.
