He has a history of championing new initiatives, reducing costs and outpacing established organization benchmarks. He is a recognized change agent, with extensive experience in marketing functions, resident and patient care, and all operational responsibilities within the long-term care health industry. Mike has served as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, and COO of several Continuing Care Retirement Communities.

Mike recognizes the difficulty of achieving margin growth and stability while maintaining or improving the client experience and retention and succession planning of key management. He has guided organizations leadership teams with innovative initiatives to achieve all three objectives.
Prior to entering the health care industry and joining Caldwell Butler and Associates, Mike obtained a strong and relevant educational background. He earned a BA in Accounting, and a MS in Geriatric Management. Mike is also a 2011 Fellow of the Leading Age Leadership Academy.
